Fix Up Defines For Loop Unrolling

We should allow userspace to select the max iterations for at least filepath components and exec args.
If they weren't defined then based on kver "select" a good nice number for the loop type.

• Add option to python program for max iterations for filepath components and exec iterations
• Add good safe numbers based on kernel version
