Example plugin ideas

As mentioned at the 10th March, 2021 community meeting we want to create a suite of example plugins that demonstrate patterns and common use cases for an Octant plugin.

Those plugins are going to live in the https://github.com/vmware-tanzu/octant-example-plugins repository.
We will provide a useful build/helper/selector script that will list the plugins and allow you easily select which you want to install and try out.

I'd like to capture a list of what we think might be good things to demonstrate?
