Status updates

• 0.23 released!
  • What's new?
    • Resources now show their status as well as phase (Demo by David)
      • Pods have a new "Status" column, useful to establish more accurately the current state of a Pod. Phase field already existed and possible values are Pending, Running, Succeded, failed, Unknown. A multi-container Pod (for example) could have one of its containers running (Running phase) but the remaining containers in a "Waiting" status, so the Status field will show ContainerStatus and also provide the Reason (ie. ContainerCreating) in the Summary view. More info here
      • Also PVCs have now a Claim Status field that prevents Octant showing a PVC in OK status when it's really Pending, waiting for a Storage Class to be created, for example.
      • A StorageClass page was added to the Cluster Overview > Storage section
    • Fixed panic when viewing objects with no owner reference in applications view (Octant crashes when clicking a partially-runnning Pod from Applications view #2650) (Demo by David)
      • There was a outstading bug where a multi container Pod with some containers in a Terminated state would make Octant crash when trying to check the Pod through the Applications view.
    • Namespaced route history (demo by Vikram)

Goals

• Provide narrative documentation for Go plugin development.
• Provide basic plugin management from Octant - Add, Delete, Update.
• Design and propose the Watch for Plugin API.
• Use sprint work to drive feedback from the team to get consensus on impact of various plugin features/requests.
