Sonobuoy Who-can plugins has no results output.

To run sonobuoy Who-can plugin -

sonobuoy run --plugin https://raw.githubusercontent.com/vmware-tanzu/sonobuoy-plugins/master/who-can/who-can.yaml
sonobuoy retrieve

• unzipped the tar file generated, however there was only one tar file generated.
• No results found at plugins/ results Dir.
• I deleted sonobuoy to restart the process
  sonobuoy delete --wait
  -removed "kube-system" from namespace and left "*" for all namespace in who-can.yaml.
• Used the file as plugin but unfortunately the issue repeated of no results in plugins directory.
