Velero restore with Restic

Hi all. I am testing velero (1.9.1) with restic on a EKS. What I do is the following

1. Create a backup within a namespace where my app and pv/pvc are (backups succesful)
2. put replica from 3 to 0 for mongodb
3. remove the pvc of mongodb0 only
4. restore from the backups (restic)
   but I get I failed restore on mongodb0. It recerates the pvc fine. Mongodb1 and 2 are fine

My intention is to (if the restore was successful) to put replica 3 on mongodb again and check the data.
am I doing somwthing wrong?
