Getting error concluding native snapshot info on GCP

Installed Velero v1.15.2 on GKE

We get this error when we describe a backup:

...
Backup Volumes:
  <error concluding native snapshot info: error to download native snapshot info: file not found>
...

Anyone else also facing this and found a solution?

Is this backup created by older version of Velero?

What is the state of the backup? This could happen if the backup is in "Failed" state, since that likely occurred because velero crashed during backup -- if that happened, the files won't have been uploaded.
