Restore successful but hangs: timed out waiting for all PodVolumeRestores to complete

Hi,
I have a problem where my Velero restore hangs and eventually times out with the message:
timed out waiting for all PodVolumeRestores to complete
However, the restore is actually successful after just a few minutes (timeout is 4 hours) and I can't find any problems with pod volumes in my system afterwards.
I can't find any more detail than this in the debug logs. I'm not sure how to proceed.
Can anyone help me?
