[New Feature][Windows] Add new test case for LSILogicSAS controller switch to PVSCSI #181
Description
SUMMARY
From ESXi 7.0.3 and VMware tools 11.3.0, there is a new feature for auto switch Windows VM disk controller from LSILogicSAS to PVSCSI. It's better for us to cover this in the automation testing.
