missing calibrate and therefor not showing true north

When I compare with a real compass I see different values.

There is no "calibrate" so I cannot get the true north. How can that be corrected?

In what platform & phone model are you facing this issue?
For iOS the built in calibrate pops up for the user every now and then, and the readings were reliable every time no additional calibration needed ...

Android 8, Galaxy S8, i have also never seen a calibration popup either. 😔
