Add global option to open flash page #2647

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

My current "workflow" when I quickly need to take notes is, that I have a global keyboard shortcut, which opens a new blank file in my text editor and I can directly get to taking notes there and save them later.
I would like to use VNote exclusively for note taking, so a feature similar to this would be very useful.

Describe the solution you'd like

VNote has this flash page feature, where you can quickly open the selected file via a keybind or button inside the application.
It would be an idea to have an option to egister a global shortcut, which opens VNote and the flash page there.
If that doesn't work, another otpion could be to have a command line parameter, which tells the currently running VNote instance to open the flash page.
This could be used in another hotkey application to achieve the same behaviour.

In addition, an option to clear the flash page when it's opened using these methods would be nice to use it as a scratchpad.

Describe alternatives you've considered

As VNote allows opening files via the cli, I have considered using the command line parameter to open the specific flash page file using e.g. Microsoft PowerToys on Windows or the Keyboard Hotkey Settings on Linux.
This is annoying though, as I specifically have to note down the flash page path again for this to work.
