test: use temp directory for test data instead of repo root

- Add get_test_path() helper in test_utils.h to generate paths under %TEMP%/vxcore_test_data
- Update test_notebook.cpp, test_folder.cpp, test_search.cpp to use get_test_path()
- Prevents test directories from being created in repository root
