Better inputstream.adaptive integration #33
Description
Currently, we just assume passing streams to inputstream.adaptive "just works". We should
- Show warnings if add-on is installed, but not active
- Show errors if add-on isn't available at all
- Allow a simple way to open the settings for inputstream.adaptive
