WIP feature list: * Zk friendly censuses (to support anonymous voting) * Non-blocking census creation and publication (async) * Support for basic strategies to create censuses (for example `'ANT' OR ('ETH' AND 'BTC')`). * Support for create censuses using token holders from specific block number (not only from token creation) * Improve de code base and increase the service stability and reliability.
