Some build dependencies reported as not found even when they are in repo

I have been curious about this for a while. Why would a build dep be reported as not found by xbps-src in some occasion?

Maybe an old version of it in your local repo?

Oh that could be it. Although I don't have that package (xbps file) in hostdir/binpkgs/mandrel, if I rm the dir and try pkg again, it correctly points to the remote repo. So might be how it's encoded in hostdir/binpkgs/mandrel/x86_64-repodata.

it looks in master (hostdir/binpkgs) too

It doesn't have any files inside that for me, only directories.
