Actual behaviour

running like the service but manually with: chpst -u _freeradius:_freeradius radiusd -f
nothing happens and it is not running afterwards

running it like this chpst -u _freeradius:_freeradius radiusd -X -ft
shows
libssl version mismatch. built: 3010004 linked: 30500040

Steps to reproduce

1. chpst -u _freeradius:_freeradius radiusd -X -ft

output
libssl version mismatch. built: 3010004 linked: 30500040

Note: I compiled it from source directly from void-packages and it works since it linked against the current systems libssl3

so either something is wrong with the build system, its not done, out of order, or something is up.
