[Feature] Support React Native 0.83 New Architecture Interop Layer

We have submitted a PR that generates iOS bridging code compatible with the New Architecture under RN 0.83, in order to support interaction between the latest version of RN and KMP.

The relevant code has already been committed. If you're interested, I'd be happy to continue filling in any parts you feel are missing.
