we need pl.scan_vortex("dir/") similar to pl.scan_parquet("dir/") to easy python migrations

I am having troubles migrating the polars code that worked with parquet to vortex. In polars we usually deal with folders of files which we open lazily with pl.scan_parquet("dir/") I failed to find a good equivalent to do this with folders of vortex files.
