2.0 Add logarithmic display of data in graphs

Description
As a user I want to have the option to see the linear and logarithmic versions of the same graph.
A new toggle button should be displayed in the graph

Note
There is already a PlotButtons in lib/ui/screens/statistics/details/components/plot_widgets.dart that should have the intended design
