Development Roadmap Diagram #11

Description

@okdaithi

When we release DigiPol, one of the most common questions will be... "what about feature x/y/z"?

We need a simple overview diagram of the development pathway. It can, and should, be high-level but with clear expectations set that this will be an incremental release project.

I have started with an outline of 6 distinct versions to call out what I see as the major differences between each version. The timeline takes into account that we should have stable user interactions at the technical UX level AND also the right real-world user environment too.

The is little point in us releasing liquid democracy as a feature until we have a user ecosystem where delegation is something users want and for which there is ample supply of willing delegates.

Seeking comment / input from from @voteflux/devs team this is something we should get some basic clarity on for a comms perspective when we launch Digipol.
