show more menu buttons on top of page

only three menu buttons show up and if I shrink the screen they all disappear even though there's plenty of room

when I have a smaller screen, no menu buttons show up at all even though there's space

Just fyi— clicking your name is also a link to your profile, not just a dropdown to more menu options.
