After updates, the characters appear in the api.ai's console as the following

By the way, I noticed that the original example response text (which is given by api.ai) is also corrupted as:

�������¥���������������¿�������¯�������¼��������

It's on api.ai's server only and I don't store them locally. So I don't know if it's caused by api.ai's ruby SDK yet.
