Need a rebuild button for apps #419
Description
Currently the only way to rebuild an app in autotune is to change something in the form and then click the save button that appears (this doesn't even work sometimes).
If the content of a google doc changes, autotune is not aware of the change and doesn't rebuild automatically.
The user needs a way to rebuild the app when the google doc changes.
Changes to chorus entries are supposed to trigger an autotune rebuild, but i'm not sure this is happening automatically.
