How to reproduce (e.g Puppet code you use)

Try to use ordering on plugins like aggregation:

class { '::collectd::plugin::aggregation':
  order        => 20,
  aggregations => {...},
}

What are you seeing

The plumbing doesn't exist

What behaviour did you expect instead

That the plumbing exists to pass the parameter
