Having trouble setting bind interfaces (using wrapper)

I'm in the middle of converting our old Puppet 3.8 repos to 4.x. I'm almost done with the Wildfly stuff, but I'm having trouble changing the bind interfaces from 127.0.0.1 using the properties hash.

While I'm sure this works with the default config files, we use the Java Service Wrapper, and custom init and systemv files. I'm having trouble getting the jboss.properties file that's generated from the properties hash included with wrapper.

Anyone else using wrapper with Wildfly and this module?
