Programs are not visible using Chrome on IPad

Using a Chrome browser on an IPad, I cannot see the programs in edit mode. There is just a blank area where the program should be.
They run fine, however.

I can add that I have the same issue in my Chrome browser on my Android phone. Runs perfectly normal, but cannot view the editing page.
