Access forbidden

Hi everyone.
I'm running a CouchDB Server and set up the Plugin properly.
If I use the CouchDB-Admin user and password in the plugin-configuration for my obsidian-vault, everything works fine.
Now I setup a new couchdb , e.g. FranksDB" and a user, e.g. named "Frank". In the database settings for "FranksDB" the user "Frank" is Admin.
If I use this credentials in the Plugin and then click "Check" in the Plugin, I receive the message "Access forbidden". Why? If I check the setrings using curl O receive "Ok" - so the couchDB Settings are correct.
Where is my mistake?
