Download link on Broadcom support portal not correct

I'm not sure whether this is just for my account or a general issue, but the new link to download the vSphere Supervisor Services from the Broadcom Support portal does not work for me.

The following link does not list any items for download:
https://support.broadcom.com/group/ecx/productdownloads?subfamily=vSphere%20Supervisor%20Services

This is the correct link for me:
https://support.broadcom.com/group/ecx/productdownloads?subfamily=vSphere%20Supervisor%20Services&freeDownloads=true

It's not just your login the instructions do not work, the two links for VMware Private AI Services and vSphere Supervisor Services. return blanks for me also.

To get to it you have to click My Downlods - then click the Free software downloads available HERE link. Then search for vSphere Supervisor Services.

This ultimately returns your second link. The supervisor root page needs updating with the proper link, as its well confusing.

Also for users of the Tanzu system for a while, you may want to include the download link per section like there used to be, i.e. where you link off to techdocs.broadcom.com, also provide a link under or above so its clearer where to get the downloads from. Those who have used that site for a while will not be reading the top part.

@yonacali - for me, I have active and valid entitlements, the link is not the right one, and needs updating to the second link as posted by @jaymzmac

I think the link is just wrong, because I can access the services on the second link I posted.

Our account has active entitlements for VCF which as you are surely aware includes Supervisor, so it should not be the case that we do not have access to download.
