not initialized

Hi Guys,

we are now trying to use the latest version
"summernote": "0.8.8",
"ember-cli-summernote": "1.5.2"

but we don't see the editor initialized. we only see an empty div.

did anyone else got the same? not sure what i'm not doing right.
