Peer dependency of store

This app should peer depend on vtex.store. This is currently not possible because vtex.render-server depends on vtex.store-sitemap and vtex.store depends on vtex.render-server. If vtex.store-sitemap peer depends on vtex.store, a cyclic dependency error is thrown by Apps. This behavior is different from the expected and Apps should not throw any errors.
