Steps to reproduce

首次点Today按钮，控件绑定值为当前时间（带时分秒）,切换日期后，日期修改但时分秒没有修改。

What is expected?

希望切换日期的时候时分秒会被重置到00:00:00

What is actually happening?

切换日期没有重置时分秒
