Cascader Automatically align selected options

• I have searched the issues of this repository and believe that this is not a duplicate.

What problem does this feature solve?

When there are many options and a scroll bar appears, set the initial value and the scroll bar will automatically scroll to the option position.
But now when the drop-down box is expanded, the top of the scroll bar is displayed regardless of whether it already has a value.

What does the proposed API look like?
