中文输入法拼音阶段选择选项后显示空白，有没有patch-package解决方法 #8474

历史遗留问题没有解决，很影响用户体验，有没有patch-package方法可以解决额

Steps to reproduce
1.在select搜索框内
2.切换中文输入法（微软/搜狗），输入拼音保持拼写状态不动。
3.直接使用鼠标选中对应的item，无法显示对应的title，并且无法清空、无法选择其他的值
4.点击输入框内，再次输入中文然后按shift切换中英文即可恢复。
What is expected?
title正常显示且可以清除
What is actually happening?
title无法显示，数据无法清空。选中其他的item，无法显示。
