npm run dev issue.

Hello,
I found an issue when you are ready to run npm run dev, the page that should be http://localhost:[port] is instead http://localhost//localhost:8080 that of course give us a fail page.

Then if you change in the URL for the correct http://localhost:8080 its work fine.

What should change in the package.json to fix that?
