A soft navigation has been detected

Hi,
I'm not sure this is a bug.
But I've rencently noticed these message in the browser console
A soft navigation has been detected: http://localhost:3000/repertoire
from vue-router.esm.js:1985 in mu Nuxt 2 (Vue-router 3) app.

I've also noticed the same in a Ionic 7 project I just started from vue-router.esm.js:1985 (Voue-router 4).

These appear as normal console.log and not console.warn or console.error and I'm wondering if it's normal.
I've looked at the source code of vue-router but couldn't find where this came from.
I haven't been able to find any information on Google about this.

Nvm, this seems to be coming from Chrome itself, not from vue router.
The log source point to vue-router because it use the Web History API.
The root cause was because I enabled the Experimental Web Platform Features in about://flags to test the new proposed CSS feature field-sizing: content; proposed here: w3c/csswg-drafts#9251 to auto-grow my <textarea>
