How could I link to a file which is out of the srcDir?

For example, here is a directory structure like:

- .vitepress
  - config
    - index.ts
- docs
  - index.md
  - other.md
- core
  - funcA
    - index.ts
    - index.md
  - funcB
    - index.ts
    - index.md

  srcDir: 'docs',
  sidebar: [

So my srcDir is to docs, how to link the markdown in core/funcA/index.md?

You can't. You need to keep srcDir as root and use rewrites to adjust paths.
