Issue exists in every browser. The problem is that the height of calendar for datepicker varies in height depending on number of weeks in the month. This causes "jumping" of the calendar while browsing.

Proposed resolution: calendar should always display six weeks, or at least be the height of six weeks calendar, then no jumping will occur.
