Current behavior

When going to the password change page, and after successfully changing the password, the form fields does not gets reset.

Expected behavior

The fields should get reset after the successful password change.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to My Account -> My Profile
2. Go to the Password Change tab
3. Enter the current password, new password and, confirm password field.
4. Update the password.
5. Once the password is changed successfully, the fields do not gets reset
