Remove outline of input

Current behavior

In this, when we type something then some outline is rendered here that distorted the UI

Expected behavior

When we type something so that, outline/border will not rendered in input search.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to navigation bar input search
2. Type something then you can see some outline

Can you handle fixing this bug by yourself?
