vuetify get stucked while installing

Is there any solution for avoid stuck vuetify while installing. First I uninstall previous vuetify version by npm uninstall vuetify and then try to add vuetify using vue add vuetify every time I stucked in same position. I appreciate if some one help me to solve this issue
