Scroll-spy for navigation drawer

How can I achieve scroll spy functionality in the navigation drawer just like Vuetify component pages?

Whenever a page is scrolled to some section the navigation drawer active link and router hash (for e.g example.com/employee/add#personalinfo) must be updated
and on navigation links the page must scroll to that section with respective id
