What is the closest thing which comes close to Vuetify, but for React?

I'm compelled to use React. But I have worked in Vue before, and thus vuetify.

I want to ask the community, if you had to choose between all the options available, what would you choose?

I see options like:

• MUI
• MDBootstrap

In this case; I think the best option is MUI.
