Bug: v-dialog is missing in node_modules/.vite/deps/

I used v-dialog and an error appears: Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 504 (Gateway Timeout) because tere is no http://localhost:4000/node_modules/.vite/deps/vuetify_lib_components_VDialog_index__mjs.js?v=3658dc02

I'm on vuetify 3.1 vite 4.0.4.
Since I just introduced v-dialog in my app I can't tell if it worked before. A fresh yarn upgrade didn't help either.

Apparently, it's some kind of vite bug. deleting the node_modules folder and run yarn install fixed it.
