v-btn nuxt doesn't prefetch

I'm using vuetify within a Nuxt3 app. I'm using the bottom navigation component...

        <v-icon :size="22">{{ mdiShopping }}</v-icon>
      </v-btn>

but the app is not prefetching the components in the linked navigation items. If I change the code to use then it does work.

I notice the nuxt prop isn't actually documented in V3 for v-btn - is there a new way of specifying items as nuxt items that I've missed?
