error importing goTo

In order to have a v-expansion-panels scroll to a a specific panel I was going to try using goTo. However, I have been unable to import it. Versions are below.

Error:

[vite]: Rollup failed to resolve import "vuetify/lib/services/goto" from "/node-toolchain/frontend/src/components/Folders.vue?vue&type=script&setup=true&lang.ts".
This is most likely unintended because it can break your application at runtime. 
If you do want to externalize this module explicitly add it to
`build.rollupOptions.external` 

The import statement that causes the error:

import goTo from 'vuetify/lib/services/goto'

I see that when I comment out the import statement the build step now indicates this:

Apparently I am doing at least one thing wrong in how I set build.rollupOptions.external.
