I wander Feasibility of Using Vuetify for uni-app and Mobile Development

I'm seeking some advice and guidance in this community.

At our company, we currently have a CMS project developed with Vuetify. Now, we are considering expanding to develop a mini-app and mobile version. During this process, we have encountered a question related to UI selection.

We know that Vuetify is a robust and user-friendly UI framework. We have already used it in our CMS project and achieved satisfactory results. My question is, is it feasible to use Vuetify for developing uni-app or mobile applications? If so, what should we be aware of to ensure optimal performance and user experience? Additionally, if there are any specific patterns or best practices for using Vuetify in uni-app or mobile applications, we would very much like to know.

If Vuetify is not recommended for use in uni-app or mobile applications, could you recommend other UI frameworks similar to Vuetify that would be suitable for these platforms?
