Why isn't it mentioned that vuetify isn't really compatible with SSR without the use of ClientOnly on Nuxt? I've migrated my entire Nuxt2 application to Nuxt3 + Vuetify and I'm having major aesthetic and performance problems because vuetify isn't really SSR compatible. Are there any plans to fix this?
