Treeview: search behavior

Hi' all!

It would be useful if the Treeview search did not hide the nodes but could have a behavior similar to "active", that is, it could add a class for founded nodes.
Likewise, it would be useful to have an event that returns the list of nodes that satisfied the search.

@f-r3d, Are you familiar with any other framework that implements this behavior?

We extract the tree from 3d file, in this case it is more useful to highlight the nodes rather than hide them.
Actually we use our custom vue components to build it. In addition to features like this, which can somehow be solved, the main problem is the performance because we manage tree with thousands nodes and this crashes our pages with Vuetify tree.

I know it probably wasn't built for these purposes but it would have been very convenient!

We also try Primevue library in the past, but it has the same search behavior and worse performance

How do you ensure decent UX with highlight? Assuming search phrase matches stuff on the absolute bottom, user might assume the functionality is broken, because it highlights something off-screen.

We offer an UX like browser search, scrolling to the first element founded and arrows to move between corresponding elements. The search bar is fixed so the user has always under control everything.
