[Bug Report][3.9.7] .v-btn-toggle (button groups should not have opacity by default) #22004

Environment
Vuetify Version: 3.9.7
Vue Version: 3.5.21
OS: macOS 10.15.7 (current)
Expected Behavior
Buttons within a group should have the same theme. There is really no reason to add opacity to a button within a group.
Actual Behavior
.v-btn-toggle > .v-btn.v-btn
has opacity: 0.8
