Install garrysmod_common by default #5
Description
A lot of projects depend on garrysmod_common.
If people install and some premake/cmake/whatever projects depend on it it would just be inconvenient for the user.
We'll need to install it to the master dir (exe dir) if it isn't already set as an env var, and set the GARRYSMOD_COMMON var.
