Implement custom "autokick" (ban) feature #1297
Description
Because of the recent issues where people who have never been on the server are being told they are banned because they were unlucky enough to share (/have similar) IP with someone else who got banned (very likely since like half of our users are on kolejnet) we likely need to implement a workaround (a workaround to Discord's fuckups? that's a first...)
Perhaps we could extend the current feature which adds the Newbie role to new joiners to also check whether the user is on a "denylist" (a list prepopulated by currently banned people) and I suppose just kick them?
That way we could unban all currently banned users and hopefully fix the issue with new people not being able to join
